| TWL SHOP | | This is the basic guide to how to earn extra money around the site. this is also the thread in which you can purchase items. we will not be keeping track of money for you! if you want to earn extra money to spend on the site, please let one of the admins know and we will create a new thread for you using your alias! all updates to money should be posted in this new thread and we will update your money from there. each update should be a new post! OOC Earnings - create a plot page - 25 dollars. this is only once per member, not for every character that you make. so you need to decide which character you would like to claim it for.
- advertise our site - 30 dollars. we need a link to ensure that you have indeed advertised our site. post the ad using your name, please, and no double posting on sites. we realize that this is a quick way to earn money around the site, but please don't abuse it or annoy other sites with our ad.
- win OTM - 30 dollars. this is something that happens every month on the site. if you happen to win a vote, you get money for it. so get your character involved. the more they're seen around the site, the more likely they are to win.
- fill a wanted ad - 40 dollars. this is an easy way to get a plot and help someone else around the site with their ideas. please consider taking one! also, please speak with the person the ad is for before taking it to be certain you two are on the same page about the ad!
IC Thread Earnings - create an open thread - 20 dollars. open threads are not the enemy. you never know what great ideas/plots can come out of one.
- reply to an open thread - 20 dollars. same goes for this one. throw your character in with someone new! you might be surprised what happens because of it.
- participate in a site wide event - 25 dollars. there are events almost every month. this can be claimed for every thread that the character is in located at the event.
- thread reaches 2 page - 25 dollars. this means that your thread has enough posts to reach the second page.
- thread contains a random event - 25 dollars. this refers to the events in the roll board. lots of threads will have these. counts for requested events and events thrown in by admins
- completed thread - 30 dollars. the thread comes to a clear conclusion with both parties agreeing that is it completed. dead threads will not be counted! please make a note at the end of the thread that it is completed, so admins are certain it can be moved.
- thread reaches 3 pages - 40 dollars. this means that your thread has enough posts to reach the third page.
- thread reaches 4 pages - 70 dollars. this means that your thread has enough posts to reach the fourth page.
IC Post Earnings - 50 IC posts - 25 dollars. this means IC post count.
- 600+ wc post - 30 dollars. since our word count is rather low, we plan on congratulating people who can find the muse to roll with bigger posts. It is by no means a requirement.
- 800+ wc post - 40 dollars. since our word count is so low, we plan on congratulating people who can find the muse to roll with bigger posts. It is by no means a requirement.
- 100 IC posts - 50 dollars. this means IC post count.
- 1000+ wc post - 50 dollars. Ssince our word count is so low, we plan on congratulating people who can find the muse to roll with bigger posts. It is by no means a requirement.
- 150 IC posts - 100 dollars. this means IC post count
- 200 IC posts - 150 dollars. this means IC post count.

| TWL SHOP | | This portion of the thread focuses only on items that you can purchase for your character. Obviously these items are meant to help your character survive around the board. If you think there is something missing from our list, please let us know! We'll be more than happy to add it on. OOC Items - create a new haven - 600 dollars. there is the chance for expansion and if you would like a new haven for your character and their group, you can make this purchase. it will include a new category and the boards you need.
- create a new group - 1000 dollars. if you would like to form an entirely new member group, you can purchase this. a description of the group will be added to our member groups and new members will be allowed to join the group.
IC Items - ammunition - 100 dollars. there are some instances around the board where your character may lose their ammunition. here you can purchase more.
- weapon - 150 dollars. there are some instances around the board where your character may lose their weapon. here you can purchase a new one.
- basic medical supplies- 200 dollars. there may be situations around the board where your character or another is injured and basic medical supplies are needed to prevent infection.
- defibrillator- 1500 dollars. you can only purchase two of these per character. in the case of your character being bitten by a zombie or dying in another way, you may use a defib. this will bring your character back to life. you can only use this item twice on your character though before they are gone for good.
IC Skills - extra basic skill - 700 dollars. if you wish for your character to have another basic skill than those allotted to their level, you may purchase that here. one per character.
- extra advanced skill - 1200 dollars. if you wish for your character to have another advanced skill than those allotted to their level, you may purchase that here. one per character.
unlike earning money, if you want to purchase an item then we need you to post in this thread. we will subtract the money from your account(s) and set up whatever item it is that you have purchased. if anyone has questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to speak up about it. item purchased | cost of item | for character |
