Charlie had wealth and privilege to her name since birth. Her father was a diplomat who traveled the world leaving his daughter with his Stepford wife, who drank and popped pills to dull her loneliness- a trait that Charlie embodied herself later in life. With the riches came the scandal too. Her father had another family in London where he chose to spend most of his time. The best way to describe Charlotte before the First Night was, self-destructive. The girl liked to party. She learned to manipulate and lie to get her way all through life. She's a bright individual, though has never used that for much good choosing a more profitable path because self-preservation is key for her. Charlie has a certain knowledge about warfare compliments of two degrees in political and military history and was in Gaitlinburg at the time of the outbreak working on her dissertation for her Doctorate Degree, something that she obviously never accomplished. Instead she became a Bounty Hunter for Gameland bringing in whatever inventory they need, including human beings to be thrown into the Zombie Pit. Charlie isn't all bad, her redeeming qualities are just hard to spot once you realize what she is.
